SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Daydreamer's Passionate uses POS Malaysia as our courier company due to the realiability and efficiency of their services. Please read the Delivery Notes below to understand how shipping method is being allocated due to different locations.
Delivery Notes :
- We subscribe to POS Laju courier for all around Malaysia customers.
- DayDreamer's Passionate will send out the items on the following day (exclude non-working day) upon receiving the payment.
- POS Malaysia only operate from Monday to Friday, hence no shipment will be send out during the weekends.
- Kindly inform us if the items do not show up within the specific duration as mentioned.
Pos Laju Malaysia
- 1 to 3 days are required for delivery of goods to arrive (excluding non-working days)
- It is secure compared to Normal Post as recipient is required to sign for parcel/package upon receiving
- Location of the parcel/package and posting date can be tracked using POS Malaysia Tracking System
